For owners and managers

Software can now do part of your office work. We find out which part.

This software is called an AI agent. It reads emails and documents, looks things up and fills in forms, much like an employee at a computer. We look at how your company works and tell you where it helps, where it doesn't, and what it costs.

What an AI agent is

Normal software follows fixed rules. An AI agent can also read a text, understand what it means and decide the next step. It works in the same programs your employees use.

Think of a new employee who is fast, never tired, and still needs someone to check the work.

Take an incoming invoice, a task almost every company has.

The software does the typing and the matching. Your employee still approves the payment.

In depthFor your IT lead: how the software is built and connected to your systems · How it's built →

Good at routine, bad at big decisions

It works best on tasks that happen often, follow clear rules and are easy to check.

Good at

  • Reading and sorting emails and documents
  • Copying information from one system into another
  • Answering routine questions from customers or suppliers
  • Preparing drafts, summaries and reports
  • Checking data against fixed rules

Not good at

  • Decisions with large consequences
  • Situations nobody has seen before
  • Work that depends on trust and relationships
  • Tasks where nobody can check the result
  • Anything where the rules exist only in someone's head

It makes mistakes. So at the start a person checks every result, as you would with a new employee.

In depthHow we decide, task by task, what goes to the software · How we assess →

We find out where it fits in your company and where it doesn't.

We are engineers who analyse how work is done and connect AI to the systems you already use.

Look

We watch the work

We talk to your people and see how tasks are really done, including the exceptions.

Sort

We mark each task

Each task gets a yes, a partly or a no, with the reason in plain words.

Test

We try the best one

The software does the task next to your team before anything changes, and we measure whether it is really better.

You get
  • A list of your tasks, each marked yes, partly or no
  • Where to start, and what it would save
  • What should stay with people, and why

The list is yours, and you can take it to any provider.

Four rules apply to every engagement.

A person is responsible

Every task has a named person in your company who answers for the result.

It starts slowly

The software first works next to your team. It gets more freedom once the results are good.

Your data stays in Switzerland

Stored in Switzerland, under Swiss data protection law.

You can switch it off

You can stop the software at any time and change provider, because the rules, the logs and the task list belong to you.

Common questions

Will we need fewer employees?

Usually jobs change more than they disappear. Your people type less and check and decide more. If a role changes a lot, we plan it with you early, including training.

Do we need our own IT department?

No. We connect the software to what you already use: email, accounting, your customer database.

What if it makes a mistake?

It will, sometimes. That is why a person checks at first, and why we start with tasks where a mistake is cheap and easy to spot.

What does it cost?

The analysis has a fixed price, from CHF [n]. Everything after that we price once we know what makes sense.

How soon do we see results?

The analysis takes [2–4] weeks. A first test runs [6–10] weeks.

You also sell the software. Why trust your analysis?

The list belongs to you and you can build with anyone. Every analysis also names the tasks where AI makes no sense.

Which task takes your team too much time?

A few lines are enough. We answer within one working day, also when the answer is that AI won't help.
